Shipping Time
Total shipping time consists of:
- Processing time - 1 business day excluding weekends and holidays
- Delivery time - depends on the shipping carrier and options chosen during check out
If there are any issues with your order or custom gift messages, we will send you an email. Please respond as soon as possible to help us ship your gift in time. If there are postal service problems with a specific carrier, we will reach out to you to offer other options.
Updates
After your order is processed and your gift has shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number which you can use to check the status. Sometimes it takes 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the shipping carrier’s website.
Cost
Discounted rates are calculated based on the zip code and shown during check out. If you are shipping to multiple children in the same household, we will combine the gifts in one box to lower the cost.
Shipping is free for orders over $89.
Where We Ship
We currently only ship within the U.S. International Shipping is coming soon. If you would like us to ship to your country send us a note at hello@presentlygoods.com
