Gifts can be returned up to 90 days after delivery as long as they are still in the box, unused in its original packaging. It does not need to be gift wrapped. To initiate a return email hello@presentlygoods.com with the order number.

A gift can be returned for:

  1. A full refund – Your family member or friend who sent the gift will be refunded their original amount minus shipping. Please know that it can take up to 10 days for the credit card company or bank to process and post the refund.
  2. An exchange – Please choose an item that is priced the same or less than the gift. If the price of the item + shipping costs is less than the original gift, we will refund any remaining amount to the original payment method. Please know that you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the original item back to us.
  3. A damaged item – If the gift was damaged or had issues, we will send you a shipping label to return it and then ship a new one in its place.
